Susan Hutchinson is an avid forager and is keen to teach us how she does it.

In this walk she will show us how to identify and collect wild fennel, rosehip, hawthorn, wild brassicas, purslane, and baby apples.

She will also teach us how to use the various plants in both recipes and teas. Handouts with recipes provided.

This workshop offers a great opportunity to introduce more diversity and native species into your diet.

We will in Kingston, location will be emailed once you have booked. Bookings essential.
