THIS WALK IS BOOKED OUT. PLEASE SIGN UP TO OUR NEWSLETTER LIST TO BE THE FIRST TO KNOW ABOUT FUTURE WORKSHOPS.
Susan Hutchinson is an avid forager and is keen to teach us how she does it. In this walk she will show us how to identify and collect wild fennel, rosehip, hawthorn, wild brassicas, purslane, and baby apples. This workshop offers a great opportunity to introduce more diversity and native species into your diet.
She will also teach us how to use the various plants in both recipes and teas. Handouts with recipes provided.
Location will be determined on where plants are available at the time of the workshop and will be emailed to you once your booking is complete. Bookings essential.
Refund policy: The Canberra Environment Centre is a not-for-profit organisation and we are unfortunately not in a position to offer refunds.
