Canberra’s very own artisan cheesemaker Gürkan Yeniçeri will host this hands on workshop where you will learn the delicate art of making Camembert.

The course will begin with an introduction to the general principles of cheese making, followed by a guided participatory workshop in which you will make your own wheel of Camembert.

Gürkan is a master cheesemaker, and has written several books on the art of cheesemaking. He is also an avid gardener and beekeeper, and loves his Aikido too!

Please bring a container for taking home your cheese wheel.
