Green Living Days 2007
The Canberra Environment Centre ran a series of community 'green living days' to foster and support more sustainable resource management in urban and semi-urban environments in 2007. The series was made up of workshops, in the form of demonstrations, information sessions and hands-on practical programs. Topics covered included:
- Alternative technologies for water management
- Biodiversity audits
- Encouraging biodiversity through native vegetation
- Permaculture gardening
- Exclusion and inclusion zones for vegetation management
- Noxious weed control
- Soils management and rehabilitation

The Centre would like to thank everyone who contributed to the successful Green Living Days workshop series in 2007.
